1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "You") and Liya's Homemade ("We", "Us", "Our"), operating from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website or placing orders.

2. Handmade Nature of Products & Freshness

All items produced by Liya's Homemade (traditional health mixes, roasted millet flours, and gentle baby cereals) are artisanal food products:

• Batch Variation: Because our grains are sun-dried, roasted in small batches, and freshly milled without industrial bleaching or chemical coloring, slight natural variations in aroma, texture, and grain color are normal and testify to genuine traditional processing.
• Preservative-Free: We add zero chemical preservatives, anti-caking agents, artificial flavors, or synthetic colors. Products should be stored in an airtight stainless steel or glass container in a cool, dry place upon opening.
• Shelf Life: Our mixes maintain peak flavor and nutritional potency for 3 to 4 months at room temperature (and up to 6 months if refrigerated in an airtight container) from the date of packing.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

• Prices: All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) inclusive of all applicable taxes. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout (orders ₹499 and above receive Free Delivery across Tamil Nadu; flat ₹40 applies for TN orders under ₹499, and flat ₹70 courier for other Indian states).
• Payment Methods: We accept direct UPI transfers (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Cred) via our verified VPA 8110021313@kotakbank. Orders are confirmed upon receipt and verification of transaction UTR / reference number.
• Order Confirmation: An order confirmation and WhatsApp receipt are generated immediately following submission. We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in the unlikely event of stock unavailability or incorrect pricing.

4. Shipping, Dispatch & Risk of Loss

Orders are dispatched through trusted courier partners (ST Courier, Professional Couriers, India Post, Delhivery). Delivery timelines are typically 1-2 days within Tamil Nadu and 3-5 days across the rest of India.

Risk of damage or loss passes to the customer once the shipment is delivered to the shipping address provided. Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate street addresses, landmarks, and reachable mobile numbers.

5. Dietary, Allergen & Health Advisory

• Allergen Caution: Some of our mixes (such as Traditional Health Mix and Baby Health Mix) contain almonds, cashews, cardamom, and pulses. If you or your child have known food allergies, please read the ingredient list carefully before consumption.
• Infant Feeding: For infants under 6 months of age, exclusive breastfeeding is recommended by pediatric guidelines. Introduce solid food mixes like Baby Health Mix only from 6–8+ months onwards after consulting your pediatrician.

6. Intellectual Property

All brand names, logos, package imagery, photography, custom copy, and visual design on this website are the intellectual property of Liya's Homemade. Reproduction, modification, or distribution of our brand assets without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Liya's Homemade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. In any circumstance, our maximum liability is limited strictly to the purchase price paid for the specific product in question.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with orders or website use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
